Glazed Pineapple Tropical Rum

This is our newest rum flavor, and we have had a hard time keeping it in stock! The Chef caramelizes the whole pineapple before he puts it into the rum to infuse. Many describe it as tasting almost like a dark-rum pineapple upside-down cake.

It is very rich with an incredibly long finish. When you are finished sipping it, you can still taste the pineapple notes intensifying on your palate for five or six seconds. This is the sweetest of our rums, as pineapples are naturally quite sweet.

It is very popular to sip this rum ice cold on its own as a lovely dessert cordial. It is also wonderful in any type of fruit juice. One of our favorite ways to enjoy this rum is served over ice with ginger beer and a few drops of Key Lime juice.
