As the most famous of all of our rums, Bad Bitch is our best-seller and certainly has a very unique flavor profile. It is aged in French oak barrels that held Pinot Noir wine for seven years. You can taste layers of those busty Pinot Noir wine tannins up front with soft, rounded hints of caramel from the French oak on the finish. Our Cognac drinkers tend to love this rum, with its delicate complexity. But, named for the notorious rum-runner "Spanish Marie", this spirit is certainly in a class of its own.
